Author Topic: Oregon Dunes Riding Trip - March 4-6 - Winchester Bay, Florence, Coos Bay (Read 15195 times)

Since a few of us aren't going to make the Valentine's Day / President's Day Weekend ride, we thought about shooting for the first weekend in March - Friday the 4th through Sunday the 6th. I'll probably stay down at The Mill or maybe the Winchester Bay Inn.

Definitely a possibility, was supposed to go Presidents' Day weekend also but I'm still waiting for my shocks to come back from servicing.

Wish I could go but my wife's working that weekend & I don't know how she'd feel about me strapping our two & a half year old into a backpack & ripping the dunes.

So where do we want to meet up? My cousin and I are going to do a day at coos bay and a day at Winchester. We are very flexible. I'm thinking Winchester Saturday and coos Sunday.

As long as it isn't Florence, that works for me. I stage out of Horsefall at Coos Bay / North Bend.

I've had my fill of Florence for the year lol. Horesfall is perfect for us for the Sunday ride. The third parking lot is ideal for us Saturday at Winchester
