As many of you know I've been going back and forth with what to do with my motor and Ive finally come to a 100% decision.... I've ordered ESR 350 builder kit and its on its way to Pete @ Hybrid engineering along with my bottom end.. He is fixing up my oem cases boring them and installing a 4 mill hot rods crank. He's also boring the cylinder cutting the dome and doing a mid range port!  It will be accompanied by my 2001 CR ignition, Neil's HD clutch with Hinson basket, 38mm air Stryker, boyseen reeds, and ESR 5 pipe. Needless to say I am very excited for this and very anxious to take her for a ride!! Thanks to all the people that have given me input.

Sounds like it will be a great setup. Pretty much what I ran on my sphinx while duning. One nice thing about the CP cylinder is nikasil. Are you going to have this one plated?

The nikasil would be nice but no I don't have plans on doing it as of right now, maybe in the future on the next bore?  I would like to get a set of aftermarket gears but that's going to have to wait as well so hopfully the good ol oem tranny will hold up!  I'm stoked to ride this thing and I will post up some pics when I get it back and give a ride report in video form

Any ride report?

I'm hoping to have one somtime this next week. I just got the motor back a few days ago and am waiting on some jets and a needle. I have a build thread that I started and I will post it there.   ( Jakes 363 build)
