some nincumpoop hit our riding club with another frivolous lawsuit. our state does not have a bike registration system to pay for trail upkeep/maintenance etc, so this was who actively took care of our riding areas. there is hope that the land owners will keep the areas open, but with the unruly disrespectful youngsters causing problems non-stop i see them closing sooner than later.

That absolutely blows! Any rider with any amount of intelligence accepts the risks and liability when the climb on a quad or dirt bike. I can't stand sue happy people. They ruin it for everyone

That sucks! I haven't made it out their in a couple years, hope it doesnt close down. I always heard stories of people drinking and riding at night and getting hurt. Idiots

This is sad to hear & it's the same reasons Honda stopped making trikes. Thank Ralph Nader for spearheading the support of all the dumbasses in this country. It's always some pencil pusher that's never lived an exciting day in their lives that protect the inexperienced sue happy morons & attack those of us that have fun responsibly.
