I was just curious, how can one tell how a CDI is from what year? I am looking into getting a 2001 CR250 Ignition system and just want to make sure I am getting the correct CDI. I have seen before the sticker number 071000-1740 with KZ3V on it as well. I have seen others on ebay listed as 2001 but with different numbers on the decals on the CDI. So I just want to make sure which is the correct CDI. Any help with this, would very much be appreciated. Thanks.
