Yeah grind it down. Washers are not a good way to fix anything ever. It looks extremely trashy.
Yeah I agree!! Kinda of a hokey way to fix it. Not on my bike!!!
Thanks Higgy.

I don't think your Anti-fade is in all the way.....look at the pic....the shaft has a wear mark where the seal wore off the anodizing....looks like the amount needed to move to the left (swingarm side) What Bearings did you install ? Maybe they're wider ? :)

The anti-fade is brand new. That mark your talkin about is the steel sleave thats preesed onto the alum. I'm gonna take a look at the bearings today and make sure that they're pressed in all the way.

It appears that my bearings may not be pressed in all the way on the caliper side! I bought it this way used, Apparently I need to quit buying other peoples junk!!! So I'm torn, Do I try an pull the bearings to replace them or do I heat up the carrier and try and press that side in more or should I just buy a new Bearing carrier?
 Thanks Higgy

I don't think pressing one side is an option the spacer tube in the middle makes it wear you have to move both sides.the  tube may be to long
