quadzilla airbox boot advantages?

Is their any advantage to running the quadzilla air box to carb boot other than it fitting on the carb better?  Is it bigger inside to flow more air?

originally it was for guys running no link rear shocks.  the zilla boot has more bend in it and will clear the rear shock
