Not trying to discredit anyone on any recommendations for you setup...
But just as a point of comparison and illustrating how different the jetting can be from one setup to another...
My setup is an ESR 350 (78 bore on stock crank), 38 PWK/AS carb, ESR reedblock, ESR TRX9 porting, ESR ATC5 pipe and silencer running race fuel dome. I ride between 300 and 600 feet and mostly 60 to 90 degree temps.
My jetting settled on a 200 main, DGH needle on middle groove, and a 50 pilot jet.
My inclination would be that your setup would want a bit more fuel than mine..
As I said, not in any way trying to contradict anyone here... just saying as a point of comparison....
