yes all the 200s,m etc motors are the same, as well as the old 185 motors. the only difference is pullstart instead of kick, and is automatic shifting instead of clutch shifting. motor mounts line up, u use the intake manifold from the 200x to get the carb to line up between the frame, and u have to use a 200s or m brake lever bent to go around the clutch cover side of the engine. very very simple swap and there is a surplus of these motors on ebay.
the motors also have slightly less compression so there is a little less power, but its not a big deal since the 200x isnt big on power to begin with. some pull the head and put the 200x head and piston on them to be the same powerwise, but i wasnt worried about that.
