Throttle cable

Could some one please tell me what cable I need for a 38mm PJ carb. I ordered a twist throttle kit motin pro brand and the cable does not have threads on it to thread into the cap. I called before I ordered it to not have this problem and they said the cable just sits on top of the cap. That cant be rite because it just falls over.

I'm not sure of the correct cable. But i'll bump this up and maybe someone else can help

Your old cable should come out of the cap and leave the adjuster in place....insert the NEW cable through the Adjuster on the Carb Cap.....use that to take up any slack in your cable so it doesn't fall over....you can adjust at the Twist throttle housing as well.
