OK so I got my new lonestar swingarm on today, and bolted on my new TM chain guide, but it doesn't line up with the sprocket. Anyone else had this problem? Thinking lonestar might have screwed up on the mount. Here's some pics

I have a lonestar an don't have that problem. I can get some measurements over the weekend to compare.

Is that by chance a new LSR axle as well? I might be crazy, but it looks like your sprocket hub is sitting further into the carrier than it should be. Some axles have an aluminum sprocket hub, but a steel insert that actually rides in the carrier seal. I wondered if it might be missing.

The axle is 12 or 13 years old, I ran a straight edge on the sprocket to the front sprocket and going by that the axle needs to slide in farther. There's probably a half inch difference

Is the sprocket in line with the counter shaft sprocket?

Have you given a call to Lonestar yet? No one is above reproach. It is possible then that the swingarm itself is bad. And bearings in carrier is still good? Bearing surface on axle is still good?

Sent them some pics, we will see what they say
