No. Unfortunately not. I wish I has the tools and knowledge for that. The top end is as far as I get/have gotten into one, with basic shop tools laying around.

I sold my motor setup to Shane for $750 without a clutch or ignition. I believe its a good deal and worth $900 but this economy sucks. You can bore those out to 85mm and make a 431 out of it with a 4mil crank.

I myself would buy it and throw the Polaris cylinder away and put on a Puma or Shinx on that bottom end

Stripped drain plug is an easy fix.

Don't know if any of you know brent mcmillen but he made a few polanda engines also. He had his own shop on hwy 22 for a while. He had a brother named kevin & they used to build some pretty fast 250R's. They built a 350R for a friend of mine that ripped.

Do the cases have to be machined to accept the Polaris top end like they do for the big ESR's? There seemed to be plenty of clearance between the cases and the sleeve skirt on my 350 jug when I put it on there earlier. So I would think the cases have been machined.

Your cases have been machined. The Puma has to have the cases filled with epoxy and then machined. Any cylinder will work with your cases.

Instead of throwing the Polaris cylinder away, ship it to me.
