You've been busy. What forks are you using? What did use to cut the pieces for your pegs? Looking good anyway.

Not too busy, Taken almost 5 yrs. Trying to keep the cost down as much as I can.

KTM 85sx forks with stiffer springs.
Pegs are made from perforated metal. Came from scrap.
Wish they were stainless, but Oh well.

Nice I've always wanted to do the 85 CR cylinder on my 85. Love the look of the big water jacket over the exhaust port. Bet it runs good too! Did you have to make a custom exhaust flange?

Thanks. Yes on the flange. Had a Turned a stainless mounting disc on the lathe made, then had a Tigged a cut off flange to it. Post 34 shows it some.

Pic of airbox "Roughed In" Still need to fab and install mounting hardware. Just mocked up now for fitment and then dis_assembled. Will polish or powder coat.
