Evan, the Protrax spindles are used with Protrax a arms.  Said items are no longer available new thus the reason for reproducing them.

Just so everyone knows, I will be building protrax arms and stems. I do not have a time when they will be ready nor am I taking orders. Please don’t message and or call asking; just follow the isf racing page or the Instagram for updates. I will be making plus 2,3,4, and 5s. 2-4 will use same shock geometry 5s will be different.

Sharing from Gil Durbin:

I'm toying around with the idea of offering these for different different caliper configurations. Probably 450r and 400ex. Right now I only offer them for the 250r caliper. I've had inquiries for 450r and 400ex caliper mounting.
Just wanted to know if the hubs were different. If they were l'd have to design new axles also.
