I'm back!
« on: April 08, 2025, 11:06:02 AM »
Its been forever since I've been on the site and the 250R has been sitting just as long. I decided its time to dust off the old time machine and get back out on the track. I talked my brother into picking up a 250R and curious if Pumashine is still making and selling his gusset kits? How about ESR? The site looks pretty bare and I know he was having issues with CNC machines as well as finding a new foundry for casting parts.

Anyway, I just wanted to say hello and hope everyone is doing well. looking forward to throwing a leg over the machine again and being around the ATV community again.

Welcome back.  Are you racing a series or recreational track riding?  Cool your brother got a R.  Is he a member here on ORG?

Last I heard Pumashine was going to have gusset kits later this summer.  As far as ESR….no new news.

One again welcome back.  Post pics.  We love pics.  Keep us updated as far as getting back on the track.

So the local track has a series we are going to run....well try to hit as many as we can. Now that I'll be urning 50 this year MX hits the body a little harder than it did a few years back! LOL

He's not a member yet but i will fill him in. I think I still have a gusset kit laying around somewhere if they aren't available. I might reach out to CT and see what they have to offer. i think they still sell a big bore kit.

I'll be sure to post on the MX section when we do. We are taking the kids to the track today for practice but the 250R is staying home to get some more TLC.

Welcome back Joe :)

Don't forget CPI makes Big bores too! Lynx, Sabre or Puma....Depending on how big you wanna go!

I sure hope ESR gets back in the game....I have had great luck with their Cylinders.

CT uses the LA Sleeve/Pro-X Cylinder and they told me they weren't doing a run of them till the demand comes back......Hopefully Allen at CT has some in STOCK.
